Weekend party package at Cloud 9

Use of a party area for 2 hours. The party area has tables and seating and an area to store your items while the kids are jumping. There is a TV screen where where you can watch the kids jumping on the tramps.
Jump sessions (the first 1.5 hours are jump time).
Party food. This includes cheerios, fruit and veggies and dip, chocolate-covered donut, snack food and lollies.
A free slushy per child.
Jugs of iced water on your tables.
Plates, tumblers, napkins.
Your own Cloud 9 party host. This team member will bring food and drink to you and can help with any questions you may have.
Best of all - Cloud 9 do all the clean up!
Remember your reusable water bottles - we have a free water filling station.

Grip socks are not included in the party package - Cloud 9 socks are $4 a pair, or you can wear grip socks from another park.

Our weekend party package is available on Saturday and Sunday.
The room is booked for two hours with the first 1.5 hours being jump time. Parties take place at the following times (subject to availability):
10am-12pm
1pm-3pm
4pm-6pm
Please arrive 10-15min prior to your booking to allow time to watch the safety briefing/purchase grip socks etc.

The weekend party package costs $240 for six kids (our minimum number). Each extra party guest is $40.

The party area seats 12 people comfortably. The weekend party package requires a minimum of 6 paying guests (and a maximum of 12) per party area.
Maximum 20 people in each party area (including accompanying adults).
If you have not got all your RSVPs before you book, that’s fine! We will email you in the week before your party to confirm numbers of guests.

The area is decorated with bunting and other simple decorations. You may bring some of your own decorations - within reason. Please no sellotape on walls or taping over equipment like smoke alarms! Take all of your own decorations down when your party is over.
No confetti please as it takes too long for staff to clean up in-between parties.

Party payments are non-refundable, unless you take out our party insurance policy.
Payments for parties are non-refundable, unless you select our party insurance policy when making your booking.
The insurance policy costs $10 per party.
If you take out this insurance, your party booking can be postponed or refunded for any reason up to 2 hrs before the party. It doesn’t matter whether the cancellation is caused by COVID, other illness or an important family member not being able to attend - you will receive a full 100% refund.
Note that customers not selecting this option will not be able to refund or postpone their party.

About the party food
The party package includes a variety of party snack food.* You’re welcome to bring more food if you would like to, however we do find our yummy options do tend to fill the kids up! We do also have some special diet options - get in touch with us to find out more.
