Safety at Cloud 9

Under-120cm children, and all children under 8 years old must be actively supervised by an adult at all times.

  • We take you and your children's safety very seriously, so we've gone above and beyond to give our play area extra safety features.

  • Special trampoline area for children under-120cm tall. This keeps both our littlies and our older kids safe and having fun.

  • Special depth on our foam pits. We are required to have these 1.5m deep - ours are 2m deep. If your kids make it to the bottom, they will find a trampoline and foam mattress (vs a hard surface) giving them extra protection from injury.

Trampolining is a high-risk activity. We've done what we can to make it as safe as possible for you and those around you – but please follow our rules and listen to our staff. You may be asked to leave if you do not.

If you have any questions at all, please ask our staff. Please follow their instructions - any instructions they give are because they have your safety in mind. 

ILLNESS, FACEMASKS and cleaning regimes

It is no longer a recommendation to wear a facemask at places like Cloud 9. Of course there are still illnesses around, so keep up the good hygiene! We will keep the hand sanitisers we have around the park for your use and we are keeping up with the same cleaning regimes. And as always, please do not come to the park if you are unwell.
