COVID-19 and what it means for your Cloud 9 experience
ORANGE SETTING AND WHAT IT MEANS
New Zealand is at the ‘Orange’ Setting of the COVID traffic light system.
THIS MEANS:
Please do not come to the park if you are showing symptoms of COVID-19, are feeling unwell, or have someone that lives at your house that has tested positive for COVID-19. Thank you!
Keep sanitising your hands and washing them regularly. Facemasks are recommended when at the park, apart from when you are eating and drinking - but they are not compulsory under Orange. Our staff are required to continue to wear facemasks.
Please keep a distance of 1 metre from other customers.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO:
Show a Vaccine Pass
Scan the QR code (but you can if you would like to keep a record of your movements that way).
Be nice to our staff please
Most importantly - please be nice to our staff, they are simply enforcing the traffic light regulations. If you have questions get in touch: info@cloud9palmy.co.nz.
Cleanliness
We have lots of hand sanitisers at various places around the park. Please use them, and our bathroom washing facilities as often as you can. Particularly we ask that you sanitise as you go onto and come off the trampolines and before and after using the eftpos machine, purchasing food or any other interactions with the counter or the arcade area.
Our staff work to COVID-19-focused cleaning routines around the whole park. We will continue to prioritise staff and customers’ safety.
We already disinfect the foam every night.
We have a rigorous cleaning schedule including the arcade, birthday party rooms and trampoline area.
We have also increased the use of our ceiling fans to maximise air circulation.
Whatever the COVID situation, we continue our extra precautionary measures at Cloud 9 to provide an environment which is as safe as possible for you, and our team.
